I placed an order for a dark plum unit from this company from the pictures that they advertised. It looked perfect for me. When the unit arrived. It was more purple than plum the same day I received the unit. I contact the company explaining that it was not for me and I needed to get a full refund and return their product for days we went around and around with them, trying to discourage me from sending the item back even threatening me by saying we’re only gonna send you $40 on my purchasewhich was quite expensive little did they know that they were dealing with an attorney so after telling them to either return my money and I will give them back their item or we would see them in court. They finally gave me the shipping address to return their item and said that they would only charge me $20 for a processing fee, which is acceptable. I will never ever deal with this company again it’s obvious that they think that they are dealing with minorities who don’t have an education or a good sense, but they are sadly mistaken. It’s China companies like this that Donald Trump put tariffs on. not only that, but it’s companies like this that need to be discontinued and no longer able to serve and sell their product to women of any culture, ladies and gentlemen run for the hills. Do not purchase from these people.
