5.About Tax
Usually you do not need to pay taxes, but if your country's customs is more stringent, you will be charged a certain amount of duties. We usually try to avoid tariffs for you as a low-declared invoice with parcels, however, it is not 100%. You will need to pay the duties if the custom still charges customs duties.

(1)One day in a week won’t process orders— U.S Saturday. Shipping companies all close on Sunday. Local logistics deliver on business days.
(2)Orders will only be remained for 5 working days after placement when phone number missing or unclear address. Longer than that, order will be canceled and money will be returned accordingly. Free shipping means no shipping fee no matter the order price.

Products, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used products for return.
